Onboarding Overview

Onboarding to Automatum has two stages. Stage 1 happens on AWS or Azure and must be finished first; Stage 2 happens in Automatum.

Selling on AWS, Azure, or both?

Stage 1 is per-cloud — follow the AWS track, the Azure track, or both below (complete each once). Stage 2 is identical for everyone.

Stage 1 · AWS path

• [ ] Confirm your country of incorporation is an eligible AWS seller jurisdiction
• [ ] Register with a dedicated AWS account (seller-of-record)
• [ ] Register via AWS Partner Central — new accounts complete identity verification (photo ID + smartphone selfie); existing Partners skip it
• [ ] Set up your public seller profile
• [ ] Submit your tax information
• [ ] Add your bank account + disbursement preference — required before you can create any offers
• [ ] Complete KYC — only if you sell to EMEA, use a UK bank account, or get paid for South Korea transactions

Stage 1 · Azure path

• [ ] Confirm eligibility and enroll in Partner Center (work email that owns your domain + MPN ID)
• [ ] Complete publisher onboarding — new enrollments complete identity verification (photo ID + Microsoft Authenticator)
• [ ] Submit your tax profile — required before payout
• [ ] Set up your payout profile
• [ ] (Optional) Create and publish an offer — Automatum can also create/sync listings later

Stage 2 · Onboard to Automatum (same for AWS and Azure)

• [ ] Create your Automatum account (app.automatum.io)
• [ ] Connect your cloud — AWS: deploy the Automatum IAM role via CloudFormation · Azure: connect via Partner Center
• [ ] Create new listings or sync existing ones
• [ ] Create your first private offer or report metering
• [ ] Review analytics & insights
