Overview

Automatum sends automated email notifications to keep you and your customers informed about important marketplace events. Configure notification preferences to ensure the right people receive the right updates.

Notification Types

Internal Notifications

Emails sent to your team:

Configuration

Access Email Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Email
  2. View all notification types
  3. Configure each notification individually

Enable/Disable Notifications

Toggle notifications on or off:

  1. Find the notification type
  2. Click the toggle switch
  3. Changes apply immediately

Private Offer Emails

Invitation Email

Sent when you create a private offer:

Tracking Features:

  • Open tracking (when customer opens email)
  • Status updates in dashboard
